Paul If the yanks brain trust would listen to us they would have saved money, signed the right players and won more championships

I go back to something that the late NY Football Giants HC, Jim Fassel said to me in 197, after i pointed out something I saw on the broadcast. Now, I'm paraphrasing here, 'sometimes we are too close to it, or in the thick of it to see something that seems obvious to 'an outsider'. But, now in 2024, every sports team have their own version of analysts. Another Cashman FO fail.

Paul The Yanks should have signed Bellinger and Snell, or Bauer, or Montgomery who I have wanted since the beginning sure looks awful good now . Hal and Cashman better move quickly or this is beginning to look like another lost season. Injuries happen and it’s a shame that it has already hit Judge and Cole

Alan It is a shame that theYanks did not offer Bellinger a little more than the Cubs. Pitching is always at a premium and the longer the Yanks wait some other team will sign Snell, Montgomery and Bauer. Perhaps the Yanks circle back to Miami and see if they can pry one of their starters. If the Yanks really want to contend for aWS title this year they need another starter. I almost always agree with Paul, Ethan and the rest of the writers. What I have a hard time with are some of the comments saying the Yanks should not sign one because he is to expensive or not trade for someone because it would costs us really goo…
