Paul, I'll say it again - when you draft college seniors, who are 22 or 23 when drafted, or older when signed as a UDFA. or you slow foot the IFA kids through your system, to look at these kids ages is wrong in my opinion. How many years does it take the IFA kids to reach full season ball, or how many years until a draft pick reaches Triple-A, should really be the measure.
