Unless Bellinger is OK with playing 1B fulltime starting no later than OD 2025, I don't want to hear his name again.


You need to be honest about Harper. Once the Stanton trade was made, it was universally thought that the Yankees would not pursuing Harper or it Machado in a years time. As for Seager. We know now, in hindsight, that already after 2021, the SS job was going to be Volpe's. Many of us thought that Trey Sweeney and his lefty bat would eventually be moved to 3B. It wasn't (despite what reporters try to say when reporting on the trade) and he was put in a trade that made ZERO sense from a Yankees POV. As for…

Until he's signed somewhere, you'll hear more about Bellinger.

And it was not universally known that the Yankees wouldn't pursue Harper after they signed Stanton.

Rumors swirling around Yamamoto already having two 300+ offers. So it looks like LA, Mets and Yankees have serious competition..... I wonder who gets the last and final offer for him?
