When they have a total of 16 outfielders/infielders on their 40 man roster, so unless they are prepared to DFA people, who are you calling up? Plus, in my opinion, you have a coaching problem, especially in the minors, so no one is really making the case. Ben Rice is struggling, but T.J. Rumfield deserves a shot, but he's not on the 40, and he's strictly a 1B. Caleb Durbin looks ready & healthy, plus he's a legitimate leadoff hitter, but he too, isn't on the 40, and Cashman hates to DFA guys to make room for others. I'd easily swap out Jahmai Jones for Caleb Durbin.
