I really am very tired of all these basement bargain pitching acquisitions. Is this guy Cousins really anything better than Ron Marianaccio? Why is he (Cousins) fixable, but not Marianaccio? Plus Cousins would need to be added to the 40 man roster too. Anyone see what Misiewicz did over the weekend for SWB @Buffalo? He too, would need to be added to the 40. As for Brubaker, what I'm hearing/reading, is that he won't be ready to even begin his rehab assignment till after the ASB, so he won't be ready till after the trade deadline.


As for Berti, he is your prototypical utility backup infielder. People are making a big deal about how he led the NL in S…
