Jeisson Rosario (OF):
Age (As of 4/1/23): 23.4 Years Old
Height/Weight: 6'1" & 190 Pounds
Acquired: Claimed off Waivers from the Boston Red Sox
Rule 5 Eligible: December, 2023
2022 Review:
Designated for Assignment ahead of the 2022 season by the Boston Red Sox to make room for Trevor Story, which allowed the New York Yankees to have him for nothing. In 104 games last season in Somerset, Rosario had an OPS of .771.
2023 Preview:
With some of the Yankees best prospects in the upper levels of the farm system, and veterans clogging up Scranton, it's tough to imagine Rosario being a starter in 2023.

Someone always tries to be smarter than everyone else, and while Rosario may be talented, he's not a top 20 prospect in this system.
Raimfer Salinas (OF):
Age (As of 4/1/23): 22.2 Years Old
Height/Weight: 6'0" & 175 Pounds
Acquired: Signed as an International Free Agent in 2017 for $1.85 Million

2022 Review:
In 2022, Salinas played in Tampa and produced to an OPS of only .666. That was down 130 points from the previous year in the FCL.
2023 Preview:
In 5 years since signing he's only played 162 games, so Salinas needs reps and he should be able to get them in Tampa. Hopefully he stays healthy and makes progress, namely harder contact.

2022 Review:
Since signing his lucrative contract almost 6 years ago, his career quadruple slash line is an abysmal .174/.349/.358/.708. And, as though it weren't even possible, his 2022 numbers were below in each: .168/.328/.347/.675.
2023 Preview:
As of now I can't picture him in full season ball, considering how over matched as he has been. He would need to improve tremendously for the Yankees to get some sort of a return on their investment.

Josue Panacual (OF):
Age (As of 4/1/23): 21.2 Years Old
Height/Weight: 5'10" & 160 Pounds
Acquired: Signed as an International Free Agent in 2018
Rule 5 Eligible: December, 2023
2022 Review:
Last year, Panacual pitched a total of 90.2 innings with 29.1 in Tampa and 61.1 with Hudson Valley. While he moved up to High-A, his yearly totals were in line with his career totals, which have been quite dismal with a WHIP higher than 1.5, a 4.9 BB/9, and only 7.9 K/9.
2023 Preview:
Josue Panacual will return to the Hudson Valley Renegades in 2023 in hopes that in his second full-time season, he'll have more all around success.
