John Q. Fan: Hal, ANY chance at all, please God, that you'll sell the team?

Hal: (guffaw) 38,105, 37,266, 39,681. For the NATIONALS! You can't make this stuff up. There's a sucker born every minute. Excuse me but I now have to go down and remind Stanton that his contract runs what, another decade, so he need not start a salary drive now that the season's over. Bad enough I had to watch Severino's salary drive last night.

Paul, at this moment all the Yanks have is Judge and Torrez. Ted Williams once said pitchers are stupid. From what I see he was absolutely right. Judge stands up there like he is hitting off a tee and the pitchers don’t move him off the plate. As far as the Yanks great prospects they just can’t seem to hit M L pitching. Volpe made another errorThe Yanks are a total mess at this time and just lost another series to Washington Nationals. This team is unwatchable and a disgrace to the Yankee teams of the past. It is panic time and theYanks should bring up any prospect with a chance of making the team. Hal has 3 options SEL…

What? Kahnle was not good again. The pitching plan was to not even allow Brito to throw as many pitches as King. Really? What did he do that he needed to be taken out?

Hey Pereira was allowed to go hitless in his first 11 PAs, but Florial has never been allowed that... Just sayin'

Replying to

In the tight deal, i don't mind trading a prospect or 3. Yo have to teade tgem because your player development is off and there's a crunch.. no thanks. I do mind a prospect just because front office prople dont like him to not trade him when asked about or turned into organizational depth. If a guy doesn't cut it, after a real chance, im ok with that too. Since the 2017 season, there have been a lot of opportunities for prospects to get a shot, but too many just didn't!!!!!

I called it in the Game Thread comments: "I predict not scoring these two runs [on third base with one out] will come back to bite them this game." I'm not happy I called it, but I called it.
