Quick Hit: Yankees 4, Jays 0

They won, again.

What's that... 9 in a row?

Don't talk to me about June 8. The Yankees lost that day. The nerve!

That was the only game the Yankees lost in June.

Gotta love the heart...

(and they have a better team than these guys...)

I stand corrected.

They should have me pitch. I just won and am 5-2 on the year. I can do this! :)

it's good that Hicks got the big hit for the Yankees

but the real news is that NO ONE on Toronto got anything close to a big hit.

the red, red Bluebirds got zipped today

after getting 1 measly run when it was tight last night

and then a couple of unimportant add-ons long after the Yankees had beaten them bloody.

the hot-hitting Jays have 3 runs in two games..... and are well back in the rear-view mirror.

would it be any great shock if the Yanks gave Marinaccio the start tomorrow?

The Least Among Them.png

"This charming and meticulously researched book will remind you of baseball’s power to change and enrich lives far beyond the diamond."

From Compton to the Bronx.jpg

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
