BTW, is anyone else feeling disoriented between the eclipse, the 6:05pm start, and the 2:01 game? I was watching the post-game show feeling like it should be 11pm, and it was 8:30.

Nestor did this against his boyhood favorite team when he was growing up in Hialeah, Florida.

Alan is still convinced that the Yankees are coddling the starters

and that they should have gotten two or three more innings from Cortes

Nestor is NO LONGER the "weakest link" in the rotation. The "weakest link" NOW is.......I don't think there is one any more. All the starters are pretty good now, even with Gerrit Cole not in the rotation at the moment. The Yankees did this against Miami's BEST PITCHER. Should be fun the next two games against Miami.

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.
