Stanton gets to 25HR's and Yankees are happy! Playoff baseball is completely different from regular season. Can Stanton, Soto and Judge carry this team to promised land? We shall find out!😀

Don't let the homers paper over the failure of the offense again. 0-for-5 RISP, so no runners and no non-homer RBI. We can't expect the pitching to give up 0-2 runs a game to win like this.

don't allow the 3-0 shutout victory divert your attention from the offense's failure to score a single touchdown.

the Yankees can not expect to successfully compete if they can not amass more than a single field goal.

they can not think that a fine and effective defense that prevents the opposition from scoring anything at all

will be availing when the playoffs roll around.

we dont have Joe Danelo to kick around any more

Never count Stanton out. It took him a while to get his timing back and return to be a major homer threat again, but apparently, he is back. Homers are like bananas. They come in bunches.

It was Stanton's homer earlier in the game that inspired the Rockies to NOT pitch around Judge to get to Stanton.

and never count Stanton in.

you just cant count on him, not at all and not to keep coming in bunches,

he goes from useless to superman and back to useless

and without any warning or obvious pattern or even any apparent rhyme or reason.

all a fan can do is to savor the good times

when the good times come
