Cardiologists are very upset. If you survived last night's 9th inning you can skip your annual stress test.

in each of the three games in the Bronx, the Yankee pitching gave up only a single run

Against the No. 2 in runs scored in the AL, too. That's a mighty impressive shut down. Trout was 0-10 with a walk and HBP. Ohtani, 2-12 and two walks (and picked off base once). The Yankee starting pitching is simply outstanding. They got 7, 7 and 8 IP from their three starters, none of whom was billed to be No. 1 or No. 2 (Cole and Severino) before the season started. The depleted bullpen only had to account for 5 innings in the series. I feel like I'm back in the 1970s!

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
