My Thoughts - Oh well. I guess the "torpedo bat" controversy went away quickly.

My Thoughts - How is that even possible? Baseball is an amazing game. Within 36 hours if anyone asks this as a trivia question, no one will ever be able to come up with the correct answer.

"Clemens? Pedro? Cy Young? Jim Palmer? Randy Johnson? Did Koufax do it in a World Series? Walter Johnson? Nolan Ryan? How about a knuckleball pitcher? Wilbur Wood? No, I have it. Gerrit Cole on the Astros. No? Verlander? Scherzer? Yu Darvish? Did a Braves pitcher ever do it? Maddux? Glavine? Frank Tanana? I know, Luis Tiant. No? Really? Bob Gibson in 1964?" This could go on for hours. No one will ever know the answer to this.

My Thoughts - I don't quite know what this is, but if Volpe can become half the shortstop that Snoopy was, the Yankees will be in great shape for the next few decades.

My Thoughts - This was home run number three on that wonderful night in October 1977. This moment will always make me smile. Reg-gie! Reg-gie! Reg-gie!

My Thoughts - Because, why not? It's a great book. It just is. :)
