I have said this often in the past. Alex Verdugo absolutely OWNS Toronto relief ace Jordan Romano.

Clayton Beeter was named as Minor League Baseball's "Pitcher of the Week" for April 8-14.

He allowed one hit and struck out eight batters over five shutout innings in the RailRiders 3-0 win at Norfolk on Saturday, April 13. I think he may be ready for New York.

I don't get why they sent him down.

TJ Rumfield was promoted from AA to AAA Scranton Wilkes Barre today, so a potential reinforcement at 1B is one step closer.

Anyone else here getting annoyed at the Yankee organization on their philosophy on pitch counts? Rodón is just another starter that has a high PPI. When does Blake, Briend, or someone start taking some heat instead of saying 'bullpen is stretched again:, or 'the starter didn't make into the 6th inning against'?

The Least Among Them.png

"This charming and meticulously researched book will remind you of baseball’s power to change and enrich lives far beyond the diamond."

—Jonathan Eig, New York Times best-selling author of Luckiest Man, Opening Day, and Ali: A Life

From Compton to the Bronx.jpg

"A young man from Compton rises to the highest levels of baseball greatness.

Considered one of the classiest baseball players ever, this is Roy White's story, but it's also the story of a unique period in baseball history when the Yankees fell from grace and regained glory and the country dealt with societal changes in many ways."
