BIG disappointment: Judge is tied for 11th in HRs............that's historically bad for him.

those of you in the NY area could get 2 games for the price of one today. i was wondering if some of you would be here today. does that account for Paul's absence today?
second lineup is out
Grisham in and Goldy out
it would be nice if Grish and Rice do more than they have the last couple games
After collecting and returning over 175 cans from the side of neighborhood roads, I just ordered my Max Fried jersey. First Yankees jersey I've bought in more than a decade. I'm really liking him. In fact, I'm FREAKING IN!
Finally, the Yankees have a starter who knows how to pitch! Actually loving that Fried and Rodan are both lefties. I had envisioned Fried, Rodan and Cortes in the Yankees rotation but that ship sailed. Durbin off to a good start with the Brew Crew. Same is true for Augustin Ramirez with the Marlins -- WOW.
Would you rather have Chisholm or Durbin/Torres at second base with Ramirez lurking in the lineup as well? Wells kind of made Ramirez expendable but…
between games interview with Meredith, Volpe says that getting some hits the last couple games are not the result of any adjustments
says he is simply getting a few better pitches to hit
unfortunately I DO believe that is true. his hips are still opening up more than they should be, BUT that has basically been the story for his entire career and he does go through some hot streaks.
hopefully the hot streaks come at the times the team needs them most
I'm betting the Yankees will have trouble scoring runs against Bassett in game 2.
