Game 114: Not so fast!!

Todays game is PPD -- rain! Rescheduled as a double header tomorrow. First game at 4:05 pm. The national weather map didn't look too good for tomorrow, but I'm sure they have better imformation than what I've seen. Get out your Little Debbies!!

Speaking of Debbies the reminiscent of the tropical storm Debby is coming up the east coast this weekend. Friday and Saturday games could be in jeopardy.

I hope the Angels bring some of that rain in New York with them back to Southern California. Every year, it literally doesn't rain here from mid-March to mid-October, causing drought and "tinder box" conditions, and lots of major wildfires being sparked as a result of how bone dry it is here. That rain sounds so cool and refreshing to me right now.

Hope they get all the games in while the Angels are in New York. The rare times I get to watch the Yankees on TV when their game is NOT the FOX or ESPN Game Of The Week is when they play either the Angels or the Dodgers, and I can watch the Yankees game on th…

Those "atmospheric rivers", like the one earlier this season, only occur up until mid-March. Sometimes, it may extend into early to mid April, but not after that. By this time of year, the temperature is over 100 degrees every day for about 3 months straight (especially in the San Fernando Valley, where I live), and with no rain for that long, when it's this hot and dry, things dry up. The grass on the lawn turns white, very hard and sharp, and dies. Many people have given up over the years, and replaced their lawns with white rocks or clumps of sagebrush.

You may have noticed, there are never any rainouts or rain delays at Dodger Stadium or Angels Stadium.…

Now, the question is: Will Warren scheduled to pitch tonight at Leigh Valley (Allentown) for the RailRiders tonight. Do they know scratch him so he can start one of the games tomorrow in the Bronx? Oh, the RailRiders only have another 15 active pitchers on their roster, so it's not like they're being left short.

Also, with tomorrow's game supposed to be on .Prime, which game do most of us see tomorrow?
