Stanton left out of line up -- how can he get his swing back with such inconsistent playing time?
Torres sits
With Angels only using 4 infielders, DJ sits.

I am delighted that Clay Holmes was able to get a 1-2-3 inning close this time. That is what I always want to see regardless of the type of pitcher who is closing a game.
hail to Alan!
Cabrera made him look good
I am watching today's games on Bally Sports West channel, which is the local channel that carries just about all the Angels games.
Hopefully, Austin Wells will make him pay for that Intentional Walk to Aaron Judge. Word HAS to get around the league that teams are going to get burned when they Intentionally Walk Judge to get to Wells.
I hate to say this, but it appears Jazz Chisholm is no longer hitting that well any more. I don't expect him to be a "2 homer a game" player like he was in those two games in Philadelphia, but just a few singles or a double here and there would be fine. Just not a slump.
