***

As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words...

I wish they were worth $50 million (plus) a year over 15 years (or whatever it takes to keep Juan Soto in pinstripes forever).

Here are eleven wonderful photos of Juan Soto hitting and such that I chose. Pure joy! (All photos from Getty Images.)

Soto deserves a blank check give him whatever he wants. He's one of a lifetime generational player in my books. Give him the money!!!

Great Soto Photos.

I especially like the one of Soto's famous "celebration leap" with the third base coach, as he is rounding third after a homer. That has become one of his famous trademarks and mannerisms. Soto started doing that when he was with San Diego, as the answer to his best friend Fernando Tatis Jr's "stutter step" and jump as HE rounded third after a homer.

Also liked the famous "triple outfielder body bump" of Verdugo, Judge, and Soto, at the end of each Yankee victory.

And the famous Soto "bat flip" after he first homers.

OTHER SOTO MANNERISMS:

The "Soto Shuffle", his way of sending a message to the opposing pitcher and the umpire that he will not…

Great hitter. No one is worth that money. What's next, someone getting 100mm a year?

Replying to

All/most true, but no one player is worth $50mm, in my book. As far as the clapping and bunny hopping, I could live without it. I'm, from the school of don't show up your opponent, put your head down and run. But, these guys today all need constant approval. I'll take a team of Paul O'Neils and Derek Jeters 7 days a week.

The Yankees will pay Soto but only for 10years just like Judge..... I'd guess something around 55million should get his signature on a new contract!
