Yanks vs. Stubhub, Wang's return and celebrating Jackie Robinson

Good evening, everyone. We have some news items to share with you before we post tonight's game thread.

First up, the the Yankees and Stubhub have reached an agreement. Eric Fisher of the Sports Business Journal reported that the Yankees and Stubhub were in a closed door meeting that lasted seven hours today. The details of the settlement will not be revealed the Yankees' lawyer said you will be able to see them physically.

More from Fisher via his Twitter account:

I'm glad that's settled.

And for some more good news, Chien-Ming Wang will joining the SWB Railriders this week:

We wish him the best as he tries to make his way back to the Majors, though we hope if he does make a comeback it's not because of an injury to a frontline starter...

Tonight, the Yankees and the Diamondbacks will be wearing 42 to honor Jackie Robinson, a day late. Unfortunately, with Jackie Robinson day falling on a Monday, nearly half the teams didn't play yesterday. The Yankees will have a pre-game ceremony honoring Robinson and his contributions to baseball. They will also be honoring the victims of yesterday's bombing at the Boston Marathon. There will be a moment of silence before the game and the Stadium PA will play "Sweet Caroline" at the end of the third inning.

And in a show of solidarity between the Yankees and Red Sox, this message is greeting fans tonight:
